If you’re heading to Deadwood, South Dakota, and looking for something fun, flavorful, and totally local, stop by Full Throttle Distillery.

Bold moonshine, strong whiskey, small-batch vodka, and cream liqueurs served in a place that feels like Tennessee in the middle of South Dakota, all with a true Deadwood touch.

Here’s why this is one stop you’ll be glad you made, whether you’re into spirits, live music, or just want something different to do.

A Southern-Inspired Experience in the Heart of Deadwood

Walk in and feel like you’ve stepped back in time. From the moonshine in mason jars to our whiskey bottles inspired by real Deadwood figures, everything inside feels like it has a story.

Our space blends Southern charm with local history, giving you, your family and friends an experience that feels real and personal.

Here’s what you’ll find at the tasting bar:

  • 13 unique moonshine flavors — sweet, smooth, and bold
  • Whiskey ranging from 70 to 120 proof
  • Farm-made vodka — including popular flavors like pickle and jalapeño

You won’t find another spot in Deadwood offering this much variety made in-house.

No reservation needed. Just walk in and sample what we’re pouring.

Just bring a valid ID and your curiosity.

At the Bloody Nose Saloon, you’ll find specialty “shiner” cocktails made with our own spirits. Whether you like it sweet or strong, there’s something here for you.

Music fills the space on weekends. During the colder months, we mix it up with trivia nights (as space allows).
