One night. One room. A whole lot of local flavor.
That’s the idea behind the 39th Annual Taste of Estes. It’s an evening where local flavors take center stage, and you get to sample your way through some of the best bites and drinks Estes Park has to offer. No overthinking it, and no having to pick just one spot. It’s just good food, good people, and plenty of reasons to show up hungry.
This year’s event takes place on April 23, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at the Assembly Hall at the YMCA of the Rockies. Hosted by the Estes Park Quota Club, this event brings the community together in a way that goes beyond the plate. The organization is known for its work benefiting individuals and families in Estes Park, so every ticket and every stop along the way helps fund the Quota Club’s work in the community.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the kind of event that makes it easy to settle in and stay a while. You’ll find everything from savory bites to something sweet, and more than enough to keep your night going from first bite to last call.
A Stop Worth Making
Full Throttle Distillery isn’t just showing up. We’re bringing the craft with us. We’ll be offering tastings of our signature moonshines & whiskeys, so no matter your tastes, there’s a pour with your name on it. And to soak it up, we’ve got brisket sliders loaded up with onions, pickles, and honey barbecue sauce, because every pour deserves a pairing just as solid.
Right alongside it, our sister location, Estes Park Distilling Company, has you covered with Bob & Tony’s Pizza. Hot slices, no fuss, and exactly what you want between drinks and good company.
It’s a simple combo that just works: strong drinks, solid food, and a stop you won’t want to skip.
Make a Night of It
This isn’t the kind of night you rush through. Take your time, try a little bit of everything, and make it count.
Tickets are available through the Estes Park Visitor Center or online, with options for general admission or reserved seating if you’re planning to lock in your spot. Either way, it’s one night and plenty to go around.
If you’re in Estes Park, you won’t want to miss it. Be sure to grab your tickets, and we will see you on April 23!
