Bringing the Full Throttle Energy to Branson, Missouri
If you know our roots in Sturgis, South Dakota, you know we don’t do anything halfway. But this location is a little different, it’s a family-friendly version of the Full Throttle Saloon, made for locals, tourists, and folks who love a good time, good food, and real handcrafted moonshine.
We opened in January 2025, and ever since, people have been coming in for our BBQ, coffee, and of course, the moonshine. Whether you’re out for lunch or hanging out with friends in the evening, there’s always something going on.
What You’ll Find Inside
We’ve got a full coffee bar that opens early, breakfast and lunch, and moonshine tastings all day long. Our kitchen cooks up burgers, brisket, catfish, and more, and we pair it all with our own spirits, moonshine, whiskey, vodka, and Southern Sippin’ Creams.
The building’s got that same metal and wood design you know from our other locations, and yep, Michael Ballard himself helped design it.
How Tastings Work
No reservations needed, just walk in. You can try a few flavors with our $5 Regular Tasting, or go for the $10 Premium Tasting with some extras included. Either way, you get a discount toward a bottle when you’re done.
+21 and up only, with ID.
Live Music, Good People, and Laid-Back Vibes
We’re proud to support local musicians with regular live shows, and we’ve got room for private events, too. Whether it’s a birthday, reunion, or just a big group of friends, we’ll make it a night to remember.

Do I need a reservation?
Nope! Just come on in, unless you’re bringing a big group, then give us a heads-up.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! We’re family-friendly. Tastings are for 21+ only, but kids are welcome to enjoy the food and music.
Can I buy bottles to-go?
You bet. We’ve got bottles of moonshine, whiskey, vodka, and more for sale right here.
Where do I park?
There’s plenty of street parking and public lots close by.
