Michael Ballard’s name is known for high-octane moments and hard-earned flavor. At Full Throttle Distillery, that same energy is now brewed into Full Throttle Coffee, a strong, no-frills roast born in Trimble, Tennessee. It’s coffee that doesn’t whisper. It roars.
Made in small batches and roasted with sharp attention to timing and temperature, Full Throttle Coffee is for folks who like their mornings just like their whiskey: bold and honest. Each bean is monitored closely for the perfect roast, then packaged fresh. No fluff, no long wait. Just solid flavor.
So, what makes it stand out?
We roast right in Trimble and pack every bag with serious flavor. Our coffee pairs well with our spirits and works great on its own. Medium roast, dark roast, or K-Cup pods, it’s made for morning fuel or late-night shifts. You can also find our ground coffee at our other locations.

Because if anyone knows how to handle bold flavors, it’s a distiller. The same attention we give to our handcrafted moonshine and Tennessee whiskey goes into every roast. Our beans hold their own against any pairing, and yes, we serve coffee cocktails at select locations (ask the bar crew!).
