Consider the Deadwood Nachos. This is not your typical sports bar plate. We start with fresh Wonton chips, drenched in Hatch Chili Queso, next to some Pulled Pork and a drizzle of Spicy BBQ Sauce. It also comes with Sweet Corn Chow-Chow and lime crema. This dish was created for sharing, and you can upgrade the flavor by adding pulled pork from our Chopped Brisket.
If you like cheese, the Brisket Queso is the best choice. This is chopped brisket loaded right onto our Hatch Chili Queso. It comes with fresh tortilla chips and our Smoked Tomato Salsa. It is warm, smoky and just delicious!
For a crunch, try the Fried Pickles. This is a full pound of thin, crispy dill pickles. They come with our house ranch, these are definitely a universal crowd-pleaser.
The Giant Bavarian Pretzel offers a different texture. Is one of those snacks ready for dipping into that Hatch Chili Queso. The pretzel is soft and doughy and the queso is spicy and rich.
Wings are always a good-to-go for a party. Our Smoked Wings are perfectly smoked and they come with Ranch or Bleu Cheese. You get to choose your sauce. Do you want Cajun Rub? Perhaps the sweet tang of Blackberry BBQ? Or maybe the heat of RoadRash Buffalo? Your choice.
Finally, the unexpected ones: The Brisket Burnt End Rangoons. We take chopped burnt ends and blend them with Brie and Cream Cheese. Roasted garlic and herbs go into the mix. This is folded into a crispy wonton and they are served with a smoky-sweet Thai Chili Sauce. This is a great flavor in an easy bite.
