Branson has plenty to offer: live shows, good food, and family-friendly spots. But if you’re looking for something bold and local, our whiskey tasting experience might be exactly what you need.
At Full Throttle Distillery, we hear a lot of questions from tourists, bikers, locals, and event planners who want to know what our tastings are all about. So, we put the most common ones together here.
What’s Included in a Whiskey Tasting?
You’ll try a selection of handcrafted small-batch whiskeys and moonshines. Some are smooth and classic, others pack a punch. During the tasting, we talk you through each pour, covering ingredients, flavor, and how each one is made. Want food with your tasting? You can order anything from our menu, and ask our staff what pairs best with your beverage?
Do I Need a Reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but if you’ve got a group of six or more, it’s best to book ahead. It’s simple. Just call 417.544.8855 or email info@fullthrottledistillery.com. We also host large tastings for parties, team outings, and club events.
Can I Bring Kids or Friends Who Don’t Drink?
Yes. While tastings are for guests 21 and up, kids and non-drinkers can still join the group. They’re welcome to relax, enjoy the food, and be part of the experience. We offer non-alcoholic drinks too.
Is There a Cost?
Try three samples at no cost. Additional 5 tastes for $5 or 8 for $10. Add-on options are available, like food pairings or bottles to take home.

What Makes Full Throttle’s Tasting Different?
We keep things real. Our tasting room reflects the energy of Michael Ballard’s Full Throttle Saloon, laid-back, friendly, and full of personality. No need to know anything about whiskey before coming in. We’ll make sure it’s fun, simple, and memorable.
